Why per-site pricing?

Each site is a managed entity with its own compliance footprint, asset register and storage. Per-site is the honest unit.

What is included in Core?

Work orders, PPM planner, inspections, asset register, document manager, quotes, report builder, people and resourcing, permits and asset lifecycle - on every site, from £3,000 a year.

How do modules work?

Add only the modules you need at £1,000 each. Bundle two or more and save 15%. Compliance (SFG20) is priced per organisation; the rest are per site.

Is there a trial?

Yes - a 60-day Pilot on a single site for £750, which is credited to Year 1 if you move to Standard or above.

What happens above ten sites?

We move to volume pricing - the more sites, the better the rate. Tell us about your estate and we will put a quote together.

Multi-tenant building?

Compliance can be priced per client inside the Complete Pack, so each tenant client gets their own audit trail.

Will the AI cost surprise us?

No. Each subscription includes a credit allocation, and refills are bought in packs (from £150 per 500). Credits work like a prepaid wallet.

What support is included?

Bronze is included with every subscription. Silver (from £1,500 a year) and Gold (from £3,500 a year) add faster response and more hands-on help.

How long does it take to go live?

Self-serve mobilisation suits simple sites and takes days. Managed mobilisation for complex estates is scoped and priced per engagement - and AI reads your operations and maintenance manuals so you start with a populated platform, not a blank one.

Are we locked in?

Annual subscription with a 12-month initial term. It renews each year unless you cancel with 60 days' notice before renewal.

Can we get our data out?

Always. No proprietary formats - contract-exit assistance is in every contract.
